Since its incorporation in 1965, The Greater Construction Corp.
has always been known as a leader in Central Florida for the development
of successful residential communities. Over the years, Greater’s
trademark has been quality, location and
value.
In 1970, Greater expanded its scope of construction activity with
the development of several commercial projects in Casselberry, Florida.
The first was Greater Mall and then
Summit Plaza,
Greater Marketplace and the most recent additions,
Landing Towne Shoppes in Altamonte Springs
and Gateway Center in Clermont. In 2004,
Greater created a separate division for its commercial properties and
now operates as Greater Properties, Inc.
The
prime reason for the commercial properties success is that Greater used
the same philosophy of quality, location and value, in locating the
commercial projects in areas of high residential density, making them
choice locales for office users and retailers.
In each commercial
center, every tenant is assured of quality construction, professional
management and the Greater commitment to provide commercial
properties in strategic locations to meet the needs of Central Florida
